We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry, we offer a limited return and refund policy for items damaged upon delivery.

Eligibility for Return & Refund:

  • Only items damaged upon delivery are eligible for return and refund.
  • To claim damage, a clear and concise video unboxing the delivered package is mandatory. The video must capture the entire unboxing process, starting from the unopened package to the revealed product and showcasing any visible damage.
  • The video must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached to the returned item.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items not damaged upon delivery.
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

To initiate a return:

  1. Record a clear and concise video unboxing the delivered package, showcasing the damage.
  2. Email us at returns@jewelryhousenyc.com with the following:
    • Your order number
    • The video attached
    • A brief description of the damage
  3. Once we receive your email and review the video, we will contact you to discuss a resolution, which may include a full refund, replacement item, or store credit. Discretion of the same lies with the Jewelry House Management.

Refunds:

  • Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded if the item is confirmed damaged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

  • In some cases, we may offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
  • The same return process must be followed, emailing us with the video and request.

Lost or Damaged Items During Return:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning your item.
